Yeah I misunderstood the question, sorry. It's genuinely the biggest limiting factor at the moment but you already knew that. Hopefully someone has some good suggestions for you! I mean that genuinely, not sarcastically.

I do have a question - are you trying to replace parts or the entire computer? (like - are you building the computer from bought parts or is it a laptop?)

There's some ram you can get online for pretty cheap, I myself haven't looked into it yet though. I'm just a bit confused about the specifics of what you're asking.

It depends on what you have too, laptops you can't usually put on more.
I think my ram is 16gb so it shouldn't be too much to have things run smoothly

Okay they said the 3600 is still good, but there are two newer you can replace without getting a motherboard -

However, they need an idea of a budget for any specific recommendations on the 1650. Apparently it's a wide range of prices.

Their next question is what are you using your computer for.
For example - If you're using it primarily and mostly for SL you don't really *need* to upgrade your graphics card, but if you want to play modern big game company games with ray tracing ... That's something else entirely. (SL relies more on VRAM & RAM + Internet connection more than anything... Not a graphics card)

I do play other games, pretty intensive ones at that too. I'm a gamer at heart, been wanting to play ff16 but my graphics just look horrible with my current.

Okay! For a gaming ish PC on the cheap -
Ryzen 7000 or 6000 use the same motherboard so you won't have to replace that
RTX 3000 series or newer for GPU.
